Easy chocolate cookie recipe

Today my preschooler has helped me to make easy chocolate cookies.
For young children I think it’s easier to measure in cups as they can do it by themselves. We had fun getting the ingredients ready counting out the cups and eggs as well as mixing, making balls out of the mixture and squishing them flat not to mention the eating.

Easy chocolate cookies
Makes 24

• 400g of chocolate spread
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of plain flour
• chocolate chips if you like (we used 3 bars of chocolate cut up)

Preheat the oven to gas mark 4.
Mix the chocolate spread and eggs together.
Mix I’m the flour then chocolate.
Roll the mixture into balls and squish on the baking tray to make cookies (you can use your hands or the bottom of a glass).
Bake for 10 minutes.

Why don’t you join me on Facebook, would love to see you over there.
